FAQ – Digital Crochet Patterns (PDF Downloads)

Here are answers to the most common questions about our digital downloads. If you still need help, please contact support and include your order details 💛

1) How do I get my PDF after purchase?

After checkout, you will receive an email containing your download link(s). You may also see a download button on the order confirmation page right after payment.

2) I didn’t receive the download email — what should I do?

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder
  • Check Promotions (Gmail) and other tabs
  • Search your inbox for: “Crochet Musings” or “download”
  • Confirm the email address entered at checkout (typos happen!)

3) Can I download again later?

Yes — keep your download email for future access. If you lose it, contact support with your checkout email and pattern name.

4) My payment failed / I didn’t get the PDF

If a payment does not go through, no charge is captured and the download won’t be sent.

Some debit cards (especially via Apple Pay) don’t support international digital purchases. If you encounter this, please try PayPal (recommended) or use a different card.

5) I used the wrong email at checkout

No worries — contact support with your name + the correct email and we’ll help you receive your download.

6) How many files will I receive?

If your purchase includes multiple items, you may receive multiple download links or a single email containing several links (depends on the product).

7) Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not offered once a file has been successfully delivered. If you have a problem with the file or delivery, please contact support — we’ll do our best to help.
